Here is a great DIY project. When my mother in law cut the birch tree in front of her house, we had a bunch of beautiful birch branches. I knew I have to do something with it. I took some jute rope, search tutorial for easy macrame and this is final result. I also added some beads from my bracelet.

I find ideal place for it - on the wall mounted rods holders.

This is my fist crochet project ever. It is very simple. All you need is a rubber band that can fit to most of the lens sizes. Lens buddy is ideal when you take photographs of kids because it always causes them to smile. But I used it on adults, and the results were the same. :)

I have finally decided to do Darth Vader and I must say it wasn't easy. I am posting some photos of the process and the final result. I think that I am going to make some adjustments, but not any sooner because this project exhausted me.
I was frustrated over embroidery parts, I just don't know how to do it. Still, I am really proud of this project.
as it comes to basics, I started with the head (8 sc then 16, 24 and than 28 (I reduced increasing). The neck is 8 sc wide.
The hands are 10 sc. And the feet are 16 sc.
To make the face I used the needle and pulled the face to make holes. Also, I added triangle shape and one straight line on face. That is it. It is not difficult, but it is time consuming.

One special thing. To add glossy effect to its suit I coated it with black nail polish.

Right before premier of the movie in 2015., I decided to make tiny Yoda. I didn't use any specific instructions, I just watched some previously done amigurumis and did my own.

I LOVE jute. It gives a warm touch to every interior and exterior. Jute rope is frequently used for decorating, so I decided to try to make use of it too. Since I hate shampoos falling and coming in my way while cleaning, I decided to make storage for them in my shower cabin.
I must admit that my crochet work is sloppy and I plan to make new storage units. Still, jute is amazing if you want to try out crocheting. It is stiff and you can easily manage your yarn.

If it fits, it sits :)

Internet didn't help

Before I moved into my new apartment I spent hours scrolling on the Internet and searching ideas for kitchens in small space. I must admit that I could not find any useful ideas since the tiny kitchens were too tiny and small kitchens were too big. I couldn't find single example of a real life mid-class kitchen that actually has all utilities that a kitchen should have.

Designing

Everyone knows that you have to use every inch of space when deciding on furniture in small spaces. My entire apartment is 30 square meter big (322 ft.) and my kitchen is 4 meters (13 ft.) long and 2 (6 ft.) meters wide. Luckily, my husband's best friend works at a furniture factory and he drew some sketches for us. I trusted him and gave him permission to do as he wishes. He decided on style, colors, basically everything.

The end result

I couldn't be more than satisfied with my small, but cute kitchen. I manage to put all of my dishes in it. And I am especially pleased with the storage area for my vacuum cleaner. I must admit that I don't own a dishwasher, but there is enough space left to place a small one if I decide to get one.

My father helped us (my husband and me) with harmonica door installation. The door is used usually to cover up a dirty dishes when my guests come over, but it helps with keeping the odors away. Cute part of the door is top shelf that I used to place my favorite gifts from friends and husband.
